Webflow is the New Black
I have tried my fair share of web design platforms and it wasn’t until entering UX Design that I learned about Webflow. I thought this was going to be like all the others, just a drag and drop type platform with a little bit more creative freedom. Boy was I wrong! The first time I opened the program I couldn’t get it to work for me to save my life! It was intimidating to say the least and it was going to make me dust off some skills that I hadn’t touched since college… coding and it's principles.
So I do what I do best when faced with a new app or program, I went to the internet to teach myself how to use it. I had watched a few basic intro classes to get my feet wet but really I was just bidding my time until my favorite instructor posted his class, Daniel Scott from BringYourOwnLaptop.com.
His classes are always so refreshing and he takes the intimidation out of these programs and makes them easier to understand. I must say that I am in love with this program and can’t wait to use this with my clients. I know there is still so much more to discover with it but so far I am very impressed.
